Description
Cast Polyurethane wheel with cast aluminium rim (UNI 5076) and Precicion BALL bearing.
NON-Marking and very duarable. Excellent rolling resistance.
Good resistance to wear and tearing. Silent running compared to polyamide.
Application:
This wheel is suitable for MEDIUM - HEAVY loads, also with
mechanical handling with speed up to 16 km/h.
This wheel has an excellent rolling resistance and elasticity, highly resistant to
wear and tear. The excellent rolling resistance allows easy handling of heavy loads
even with wheels in a small diameter. Not suitable if large obstacles are present.
*** In that case we recommend our BIG-YELLOW Serie or Supersoft-Polyurethane. ***
Example of application: trolleys internal industrial handling. AGV trolleys, containers,
electrical pallt trucks, tilt trucks.
Industrial environments, even in the presence of alcohols, glycols, hydrocarbons.
Not recommended in places with organic acids, base solution and saturated vapour.
Hardness Shore A 95
Operating temperature: -20°C until +80°C
The load values stated are valid for a max. speed of 4 km/h.
Also suitable for mechanical handling until 16 km/h with reduced load capacities:
-4 km/h: 100% of the load capacity indicated in the table.
4-6 km/h: 80% of the load capacity indicated in the table.
6-10 km/h: 60% of the load capacity indicated in the table.
10-16 km/h: 40% of the load capacity indicated in the table.
