Description
Vulkollan ® Pallet rollers. Hub with SPECIAL ball bearing
with labyrinths: protective plastic-rings, with interference assembly
in front of the ball bearings. They ensure longer life, protecting them from dust and
foreing bodys.
Excellent rolling resitance and elsticity, highly resistant for wear.
Excellent for use on electric pallet trucks, also in case of heavy loads and
high speed up to 16 km/. (with lower load capacity see below)
Their excellent rolling resistance allows manually handling of heavy loads.
Designed for industrial environments, even in the presence of alcohols, glycols,
hydocharbons. Not recommended in areas with organic acid an mineral acids, base solution
and saturated vapours.
Floors
Suitable for tiles and cement-resin.
Not suitable if large obstacles are present. In that case we recommend our SUPERSOFT-
polyurethane pallet rollers.
Hardness Shore A 93
Operating temperature: -20°C until +80°C
The load values stated are valid for a max. speed of 4 km/h.
Also suitable for mechanical handling until 16 km/h with reduced load capacities:
50% of the load capacity indicated in the table.
If you order this wheel as a spare part for an existing wheel, please make sure that
following measures are compatible:
