Applications - EASY ROLL
This castor is suitable for MEDIUM loads, also in case of continuous handling.
As the name says it rolls extremely easy thanks to it's very low rolling resistance.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor use with frequent washing and sterilisation.
Recommended applications: for example trolley for industrial use, for food and chemical
industry.
Also in the presence of water, saturated vapour, alcohol and glycol, mineral and organic acids.
Operating temperature: -15°C until +80°C.

Bracket
Stainless steel. Two ball race rings in the swivel head.
Max. speed: 4 km/h.
Also suitable for mechanical handling until 6 km/h with reduced load capacities:
(Ø 80 = 100 kg, Ø 100 = 160 kg, Ø 125 = 200 kg).

Mounting
With plate.

Wheels
Polyurethane wheel with polyamid rim and DOUBLE Shielding INOX ball bearing.
The bearing is protected from dirt, machining residue and corrosive substances by
a GLASS FIBER reinforced polyamide installation bushing with internal labyrinth seal.

NON-Marking and very duarable. Excellent rolling resistance.
Good resistance to wear and tearing.
Hardness Shore D 55 +/- 3
