Applications
ERGO BIG YELLOW -This castor is suitable for HEAVY loads, also with
mechanical handling with speed up to 12 km/h.

***The ergonomic ROUND profile variant enables to reduce the start-up effort when
pushing/pulling a trolley from a still position ! *** To push the trolley with LESS EFFORT !
Escpecially when not all wheels are poditioned in the driving direction.

Example of application: automotive and lean industries.

Industrial environments, even in the presence of alcohols, glycols, hydrocarbons.
Not recommended in places with organic acids, base solution and saturated vapour.
Operating temperature: -20°C until +80°C.

Bracket
P bracket for heavy loads :
STRONG bichromated steel bracket. With two ball race on hardened rings in the swivel head.
The yellow galvanizing guarantees longer lifetime in areas with humidity and salt.

Max. speed 4 km/h with the load capacities indicated in the table.
Also suitable for mechanical handling until 16 km/h with reduced load capacities:
-4 km/h: 100% of the load capacity indicated in the table.
4-6 km/h: 80% of the load capacity indicated in the table.
6-10 km/h: 60% of the load capacity indicated in the table.
10-12 km/h: 50% of the load capacity indicated in the table.

Cast Polyurethane wheel with VERY THICK and ROUND profile
with cast aluminium rim and Precicion BALL bearing.
NON-Marking and very duarable. Excellent rolling resistance and elasticity.
Highly resistant to wear and tearing. Silent running.
