Applications
ERGO SUPERSOFT - This castor is suitable for HEAVY loads, also in case of continuous handling.
Also suitable for mechanical handling or mixed manual-mechanical up to 16 km/h.

***The ergonomic round profile variant enables to reduce the start-up effort when
pushing/pulling a trolley from a still position ! ***

Innovative product that combines the load capacity and the resistance to wear and
tear of the polyurethane with the ability to overcome obstacles, noise vibration damping
and impacts of elastic rubber. Compared to elastic rubber they have a better rolling resistance!
AND they are much more durable.

Example of application: trolleys for automotive industry and lean industry

Industrial environments, even in the presence of humidity and oils.
Not recommended in places with strong acids and solvents.
Operating temperature: -20°C until +70°C.

Bracket
Galvanised sheet steel. Two ball race rings in the swivel head.
Max. speed 4 km/h with the load capacities indicated in the table.
Also suitable for mechanical handling until 16 km/h with reduced load capacities:
10 km/h: 80% of the load capacity indicated in the table.
12 km/h: 70% of the load capacity indicated in the table.
16 km/h: 60% of the load capacity indicated in the table.

With plate.

Wheels
Cast SUPERSOFT-polyurethane, ROUND profile, wheel with aluminium rim and BALL bearing.
NON-Marking and very duarable. Excellent rolling resistance.
Good resistance to wear and tearing. Very silent and smooth running !
Hardness Shore A 75 +/- 3
