Applications
BIG YELLOW -This castor is suitable for HEAVY loads, also with
mechanical handling with speed up to 12 km/h.

Designed to improve trolleys' handling with heavy load on uneven surfaces.
The THICK TREAD guarantees; excellent abilityto overcom obstacles, reduced
fatigues in pushing the trolley, excellent performance in time, even at high speed.

Example of application: trolleys internal industrial handling in the logistics and
automative industriy, electrical pallet trucks.

Industrial environments, even in the presence of alcohols, glycols, hydrocarbons.
Not recommended in places with organic acids, base solution and saturated vapour.
Operating temperature: -20°C until +80°C.

Bracket
P bracket for heavy loads :
STRONG bichromated steel bracket. With two ball race on hardened rings in the swivel head.
The yellow galvanizing guarantees longer lifetime in areas with humidity and salt.

Max. speed 4 km/h with the load capacities indicated in the table.
Also suitable for mechanical handling until 16 km/h with reduced load capacities:
-4 km/h: 100% of the load capacity indicated in the table.
4-6 km/h: 80% of the load capacity indicated in the table.
6-10 km/h: 60% of the load capacity indicated in the table.
10-12 km/h: 50% of the load capacity indicated in the table.
